Introducing our NEW Organic Black Honey-processed coffee.
Q: What is a Black Honey exactly?
A: A process when the coffee cherries are fermented for 24 hours before depulping and drying on raised beds.
Q: How is this different from your previous Organic Bourbon Honey?
A: The previous was a Bourbon bean that was considered a yellow honey because it was fermented for less time than the Black Honey. A black honey is fermented for the heaviest period out of yellow, red, golden, black & white honey beans.
It is of my favorite nostalgic Arabicas you can find of the Yellow and Red Catuai variety, which produces delicious low acidic notes of Sweet, Black Tea & Honey.
So smooth & Clean!
